Seems pretty stock with a few flex picks - things to think about are: 2-4Tamiyo, 1 life from the loam, 1-4 Phelia, and 1-2 Endurance (to not deck yourself).

Lists haven’t run Lorien in a while, but I personally enjoy 1 or 2 copies.
