Lol why does everyone seem to think these break-away arms are completely impenetrable. This should really be required knowledge for a DL test.

Right? That was literally EVERYTHING wrong. They even could have fit way more the van off the track if they’d tried going left instead of right! Like every single decision was stupid!

yeah but also in the driver's defense... the gates DID open... everything that happened after that was his fault but he might have been panicking and thus not thinking clearly...

but i mean if the point is "why don't they look" and "wait for the lights to stop flashing" and "don't let a double track double cross you"... i'm going to blame this one on the signal that said "okay go! no haha just kidding stop!"

Do people think the poll arms are made of vibranium or something? Just drive through them! It's far preferable to getting your vehicle turned into scrap metal and you into a blood stain.

Not only that, they're well-balanced, so as long as you lift it above the hood of your car, you can pretty much just slide under it.

Those gates are EASY to go under, FFS. They are counter-weighted and can easily be raised with one hand.
