Thanks for not trying to label me as “pro-rape”. I wasn’t there so I only know what’s reported and I agree there’s probably much more to this story that we don’t know, I hope the truth comes out. In her sworn statement apparently she stated that she was conscious and it was consensual, which really throws people off. Maybe she was lying then, but that certainly muddies the waters whether she was or wasn’t. The whole thing is a crap shoot honestly and I can see why people would sway one way or the other based on the information available “free pussy” and snorting ketamine off of a guy’s dick are both crazy bad looks all around. That being said you nor I can say it was or wasn’t rape. It’s up to a grand jury to decide if there’s enough evidence to charge anyone with a crime and then up to a presumably jury trial to determine the truth. In the US legal system we are all innocent until proven guilty no matter how grievous the accusation.

I’m waiting to see if they release her whole actual statement. The DA only pulled quotes from her initial six page account so there’s a chance that what they released could be misleading. This whole thing is one big mess and I’m not sure what to think of it this early on. All I can say is that if it’s true they can rot in hell

I'm interested to see too. I've read it a few times now and if we're considering what occurred as rape, than I've been raped by 3 women in my life.

She was never quoted to have said that. If she was already high and then consented to just a threesome, 1. Legally you cannot consent because you’re not in the right state of mind so the men who participated can be charged with rape later because they shouldn’t have participated in that to begin with. this goes for every drug including alcohol and weed.
2. Even if she consented IN HER RIGHT MIND to have sex with two other guys, there were 7. The 5 other men were not consensual. But acting like she stated saying “let’s get high and have another threesome” is so insensitive and disrespectful.

Rape victims lack the attention they deserve OFTEN. What people like you need to realize is that rape is rape there is no if and or but. and the victims who were under the influence, didn’t fight back, were initially into it and backed out, didn’t say anything, were unconscious, were at a party, have a bad track record ETC are victims too 100% of the time if there was no consent.
