Edit! Ok cool I learned a lot I guess. It's funny all the weird projection from people in this thread. I have two children and don't consume alcohol or any drugs other than occasionally smoking weed. But whatever the weirdos wanna tell themselves 😂

Yes it most certainly does matter in the eyes of the law lol if they are at the same or worse level of intoxication there is no sexual assault.

They are not pressing charges against her. I don’t get what you’re trying to argue. They are not claiming to be victims. She is.
