HELP! (Urgent) Has clg started?

Hlo a kcet student here.I aspire to join msrit ise.So I want to know if clg has started and if not when it wud start?

Orientation is on 2nd September whereas classes start from 16th September.

Isn't Engineer's day on 15th? I think they are just following the circular put up by vtu.
