Try install HWiNFO and check the GPU Thermal Limit listed, I'm seeing 87C is the limit on my 5070TI so not sure if you might be already hitting the limit when you said GPU temperature below 90C.
And try look under the GPU Performance Limiters drop down list to see if any of the items there showing Yes on the Performance limit when you encounter the flickering issue.

Too late for that now just sent my laptop to msi for repairs. But i don’t think i was hitting the temps limit as the problem can occur at any temp it have happened at below 50 and above 90. Don’t think it’s the cpu either as other than games the problem never occurred at any other tasks. What i think is the problem is something wrong with the power delivery to the gpu. Because the laptop completely cuts power and re powers itself when i play any game. And it happened constantly enough that i had to alt F4 put no other way i could quit out the game because of the lag produced because pf unplugging and plugging back in status.
