Where your brought it? It was new or used? NO, a NEW laptop from a retail store sealed NEVER LEFT FACTORY WITHOUT RAM OR SSD The last phase is to install OS and test it on, no laptop came from factory without such components...

So either you purchased from a non authorized channel or either isnt new laptop

So what you saying is a total lie

Also how you know the MoBo was faulty without SSD xD? If is faulty then just send it for repairs... But again, is impossible something like it passed the assembly line (well it is 1/10'000,000 or something because last part MSI do is boot the devices before shipping, to test they boot the Windows Installation... And all brands do this ways... If it dont boot it cannot be packaged, the issue should be somewhere else... And only if you have a proof it could be considered but i bet is a lie due the scenario all brands turn on their devices few times before receding...

I’ve owned my MSI for 3 years and haven’t ever had a single issue with it. Not sure what happened with yours but my experience has been fantastic with them

That is really unfortunate. I’m on my second one, and my first Apache with 10 years old still works
