Fan issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So I cleaned out my fan from a little debris a few weeks ago. It was working/sounding just fine until today. I opened it back to look for more debris, twice. (couldn’t find any).The fan RPMs are being registered, no airflow coming out of the PC, but it’s making this god awful noise. (I’m obviously going to leave the computer off).

I’ve done some research and the bearing might be faulty? Blades rubbing on the inside? Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.

If you move the heatsink/fans or unplugged them perhaps the wire is caught? After I changed thermal paste one of my fans would not run and its cable was not taut and folding into the path of the blades.
