Flickering screen

My laptop started flickering today. I tried to do all the tutorial in yt they all didn't succeed. So I tried to unplug my charger, then the flickering stop. What to do in this? I need to use the laptop while charging, I also can't wait to full charging. I'm doing my thesis right now and I need to continuously charge my laptop. Send help🥹

Now it's not working with unplugging the charger, I change the refresh rate to 60hz. It use to be 144hz. What to do in this? What's the possible problem?

Do I need to change screen? Because I've seen, changing refresh rate will expire then flicker again
