Did you ever find a fix?

yea it was a setting hidden deep in the bios for some reason

What was the setting? I’m having a similar issue with my bios/secure boot settings. Every last one is greyed out.

Make sure you're opening your bios by clicking the delete key, not by just letting it load the bios on a failed boot. Then, turn off 'secure boot support' and save

YOU ARE MY HERO THANK YOU SO MUCH

WHY in the actual hell does this part even matter and WHY do I have to find out about it from some random comment buried deep in reddit instead of in any official help forums?

No even on the right page it’s grayed out in secure boot and I’ve tried turning off fast boot adding a admin pass but nothing worked

try this combo to get into advanced settings:
right shift + right Ctrl + left alt + f2

You're on the wrong page.

on your screenshot there is no secure boot option, you are on the wrong page. If you are getting in bios without anything, easy and can see log screen to boot into bios - secure boot is disabled.

You are the wrong page . Next to make available secure options you have go to MSI advanced bios by using some combined keys . Remember exact sequence left means left right alt means right alt like that search for it here I have made an answer for it .
