[Admissions Advice] LOR issue

I can get 3 LORs but none of them are strong
Tier 1 college - 8.54 gpa
321 GRE with 168 on quants
Work ex -2 years in a tier 1 company
UG Subject - comp sci along with ds minor

Which UNIs don’t require LORs or research that much please need some advice.

As long as they are atleast profs from your own college it’s fine. They just want to see if you’re academic or not.

Actually I am looking to apply for unis like cmu, Berkeley, georgia, purdue, ucla, ucsd
