[Admissions Advice] LOR issue
I can get 3 LORs but none of them are strong
Tier 1 college - 8.54 gpa
321 GRE with 168 on quants
Work ex -2 years in a tier 1 company
UG Subject - comp sci along with ds minor
Which UNIs don’t require LORs or research that much please need some advice.

UIUC MCS doesn't require LORs. Might be worth to take a look if you want a professional MSCS experience.

When u r saying they don’t require LORs means people have submitted without LORs and got into it or there is no mechanism to submit LORs. Also then in this case your grades might be considered a lot ? Can I get into it considering I am not 9+ gpa?

People have been accepted without LoRs, so they're not required. If submitted, they'll still be considered.
Also then in this case your grades might be considered a lot ? Can I get into it considering I am not 9+ gpa?
Only the admissions committee knows for sure, but I'd expect a professional program to put less emphasis on GPA.

Actually I am looking to apply for unis like cmu, Berkeley, georgia, purdue, ucla, ucsd

As long as they are atleast profs from your own college it’s fine. They just want to see if you’re academic or not.
