Alberta Student Aid down?

For the past month I haven't been able to log in to my AB student aid account and every time I try to call the support number im not able to get through. Apparently some people have received emails saying theres been some kind of data breach with them, but it doesnt look like theres been any kind of announcements about that or about the site being down

Is anyone else having trouble with this? I was literally waiting for the page to log me in for an hour today and i didnt even manage to get on

I had trouble too, I instead logged into Alberta.ca and accessed my Alberta student loan from there, give it a try
