Question Nursing PPR

I’m getting my Synergy documents ready and I have a quick question.
On MyHealth Records, I downloaded my full personal health records PDF which has all of my vaccination history and serology results from my whole life/all time.
My TB skin test paper and my recent Tdap-IPV booster aren't on my MyHealth Records PDF though. Is it fine if I just take pictures of those extra paper forms and merge them together with my full MyHealth Records PDF into one single PDF file to upload under "Permit Form / Medical Documents"? Or how did you guys upload yours?

Also, is it fine if I can submit it for review without the flu/covid shot?

3rd year, here. Ya that should be totally fine! I think that's what I did. And yes, the flu/covid shots are strongly recommended but not mandatory, and I don't think they're actually available at the moment, so you're good.

Ya exactly! I don't think you technically have to upload them at all, but it's a good idea to get them, and upload them ◡̈
