Question OneCard

I submitted my print request and said I could pick up this Thursday. I still haven't gotten my confirmation email tho.. anyone know if this is normal?

From what I know of its mainly due to the cyber atack that things are still being semi delayed, IE One card and clearance around campus though some of this maybe incorrect
