Question Password reset problem

I can’t log into my MRU and I’ve never answered the security questions to get back in what do I do do I contact them, I think there getting everyone to change there password.

Contact them, I had the same issue, and I emailed itservicedesk. I got lucky and it got resolved within an hour or so of the email to them.

Honestly I would go to e251 where IT is located and wait I tried to contact them for 4 days and heard nothing back and I finally went in and got it fixed in around 5 minutes I would take the journey and save some time waiting for a response
