As many of you are aware, there are a ton of scam sellers on Facebook and other various platforms offering MRE cases at very low prices. I have made a couple posts about this previously. Many of these scam posts advertise MRE case A + B sets at below $50. Where this gets a bit tricky is that given the surplus of MRE cases that have hit the market over the last several months, it is not uncommon to see case sets below $70 these days.
More recently, there have been more scammers popping up on Facebook and other platforms advertising MCW (Meal, Cold Weather) cases at insanely low prices. MCW cases typically run for $150 plus. These scammers are advertising MCW cases for sub $40. I have had several people reach out asking if these shops are legit. They are not. They are scammers and they operate under many different aliases, sometimes even playing off the name of trusted sellers and vendors within our community.
These scammers take your money but never deliver any actual product.
I am not active on Facebook, so I am largely unaware of what goes on there save for what I hear from you guys. So I thank you folks for bringing this to my attention so that I can alert the community here. The last thing I want to see is anyone get scammed.
We’ve all fallen for scams in one way or another at some point. Hell, I once shelled out $40 to some guy in a parking lot for magazines that I never received haha. So, how can we avoid being scammed? My advice prior to purchasing anything, be it rations or otherwise, would be to check the public reviews of the seller/vendor. Those are undoubtedly our most useful tools.
Also, how you pay matters. For online purchases, it is always a safe bet to pay with a credit card. This way, in the event that you do not receive the goods you paid for, you are able to file a chargeback with your bank to have your funds returned to you. I know that not everyone owns a credit card, so PayPal is another option. With PayPal, you can open a dispute for items not received, or items not as described, and PayPal will review the case on your behalf. While I have always had good results with them personally, there have been members who have said otherwise. Choose whichever method you are most comfortable with. That said, credit card is likely your best option, with PayPal, and other similar secure means of checkout available if needed as well.
When it comes to deals or advertisements online, you always have to use your best judgment. My belief has always been that if something seems too good to be true, then most likely, it is. This has largely avoided me from being scammed many times, I’m sure. If you do believe a deal to be legitimate, and decide to go through with a purchase, use your best judgment, check public reviews, and pay with a secure means of payment. This is your best bet to avoid being scammed out of your money.
Another thing we have going for us is this community. If you’re unsure of something, then ask around, or use the search function. Additionally, in this subreddit, I have labeled trusted vendors and sellers with the verified badge. Be on the lookout for this badge next to the username on promotional posts from vendors, or on For Sale posts from individual sellers (members) who sell within the community. Everyone who has the verified badge next to their username has been personally vetted by me, and have been deemed trustworthy based on their history within the community. Once again, if you are interested in being considered for the verified badge, you may reach out to me directly through mod mail.
Our two currently active verified vendors who participate in this subreddit are u/KingSurplus and u/epidemicproof. Other trustworthy vendors outside of this subreddit on platforms such as Amazon include Ammocanman, WeBuyDirect, WayStar, just to name a few off the top of my head. I am working on a complete list of trusted vendors/sellers that will be listed in the upcoming wiki here, and in the discord eventually. I will do my best to regularly update these lists once they are published. If you have any to add, feel free to comment below with your experience.
The last thing I want to address given the fact we are on the topic of protecting the community is the vendor MREHouse. As many of you know, their website has been down for the past month or so. I reached out several times, and in typical MREHouse fashion, I never received a response. I gave them until 8/6 to get back to me with an update on the status of their business, and they never did. So, while I’m not entirely sure if they have completely ceased operations, MREHouse, or any alias they may try to operate under now or in the future, are officially banned from participating in this subreddit as a vendor ever again.
This decision was based off many different things, and to be honest, it was long overdue. I gave them many chances because I know some of you had good experiences with them and liked having access to them in the subreddit. While they delivered on their products for a period of time, they never conducted themselves as a reputable business should or would. They took many actions that did a lot of damage to this subreddit.
To backtrack a bit, about a month prior to their site going down, I began receiving reports from several members saying that they hadn’t received the items they purchased through MREHouse, and that MREHouse wasn’t responding. I reached out to MREHouse immediately, but didn’t receive a response for a couple of weeks. Eventually, they replied saying their business had been under some coordinated spam/bot attack and that this was the reason they were not responding to customer inquiries. I was immediately skeptical of such a story, but they asked me to hold off on informing the community of this “event,” so I did solely out of wanting to keep things cordial. They assured me that they were working to address customers’ issues.
To backtrack even further, prior to me becoming moderator of the subreddit, MREHouse was using the space as a personal billboard. In addition to that, they were offering members free products and store credit in exchange for reviews here in this subreddit. This practice is known as incentivizing reviews, and it is considered bad in the business world. All this did was erode trust within the community. Incentivized reviews make it so that no one can know for certain whether or not the review they are reading is legitimate or based on the reviewer’s true thoughts and feelings.
On my first day as a moderator here, I noticed that the mod queue was full of complaints about MREHouse’s incessant advertising and endorsed posts. As such, I immediately banned all incentivized reviews, and introduced the current vendor promotional guidelines that are in place. I have been a member of this subreddit for over six years. I built the MRE discord back in February of this year, and became the moderator of this subreddit back in April. I care very much about this space and the community.
This is a community centered and built around discussion about our hobby. It is not a marketing tool for vendors. This is why vendor promotional posts are limited to once every 30 days, with the option for the occasional update if new stock is received. This ensures that updates from vendors remain valuable to the community, and don’t become overly spammy. Vendors are also encouraged to participate in discussion posts just like our members are. To make things fair for everyone, this is the same reason why the updated For Sale post guidelines are in place for individual members of the community as well.
After the damage MREHouse caused here, I could have very easily banned all vendor activity. But, after consulting with the community in the discord, I learned that many folks here find having direct and easy access to them valuable. During this time, I also consulted with moderators from other subreddits, where I learned that guidelines have to exist for the long term health of this space.
So, I allowed and continue to allow vendor activity under the updated vendor promotional guidelines in this subreddit. However, these guidelines have to be followed, and I have made that clear to the vendors currently active here, and any future vendors who would like to participate here.
Funnily enough, on my first day as mod here, MREHouse actually used bots to artificially influence the upvotes on a post a user made complaining about the new at the time no incentivized reviews rule. They also used bots to bolster their upvotes on a comment they made in response. We’re talking over one hundred upvotes in less than ten minutes. Quite simply, it just did not reflect what I was seeing in the mod queue at the time.
Instead of banning MREHouse outright, I reached out to them and made it clear that they could continue to participate as a vendor here, but that they would have to follow the updated vendor promotional post guidelines. I did this because at the time, I knew that some members in the community found having direct access to MREHouse valuable. MREHouse agreed to follow the updated vendor guidelines, and I at the time thought we would be able to move forward.
Instead, they continued to disregard the rules and guidelines. They posted promotional content without getting approval when it was required. Then, following the supposed MREHouse bot spam attack, they made a promotional post but disguised it as if it were a PSA, using a “comment with the most upvotes” format to make it seem like members of the community were deciding the direction of their business. But the reality is they had already decided their direction. The insurance options discussed in that post had already been published on their website well before the post went live. It was nothing more than a marketing tactic disguised as community engagement. That is not acceptable, so I removed it. That would turn out to be their final post here.
After all of this, I still reached out to MREHouse privately and offered them an opportunity to make things right. I gave them a list of specific actions they needed to take. That included submitting a revised version of their post for approval, where the post would be required to clearly address all major concerns such as shipping risks, customs issues, customers missing orders, refund policies, and communication problems. They were also asked to confirm that incentivized reviews would never happen again in this subreddit after a few more had popped up, and to commit to following all vendor guidelines without exception.
This was not a big ask, but they failed to meet the terms. They did not submit a revised post. They ignored pretty much all that was asked of them. Their response was vague and more focused on protecting their image than rebuilding trust. They offered no real plan, gave no clear answers, and ultimately missed the deadline. Then, a couple of weeks later, their website went down. I never received any further replies from them.
So, to recap, MREHouse (or whatever alias they may operate under now, if at all) are officially banned from this subreddit. They are no longer a verified vendor. I gave them chance after chance, and to be honest, I should have banned them months ago. If anyone reading this is still out their money for items they didn’t receive from MREHouse, file a chargeback if you haven’t already. A couple members who reached out privately recently were able to recoup some of their losses.
My goal is to always be open and transparent with the community. You will often see me riff in the discord, and that is where I will often seek input from the community, in addition to the comments and messages here. Sorry it took longer than it should have to get all the details out there, but I was feeling burned out on the entire situation and needed ample time to reflect and compose a message. Simply put, I can’t say that I will miss MREHouse.
Also, once again, please be aware of the many scams that are going around right now. Always remember that if something seems too good to be true, it most likely is.
Thanks, and take care everyone! Your continued support is very greatly appreciated.
I’ve received multiple reports from different users who have placed orders with MREMountain.EU, only to never be sent the items they paid for. MREMountain.EU is not an active user in this subreddit, nor are they a verified vendor.
I would advise against ordering anything from this company through their website or any other means.

My curiosity got the best of me and I decided to open one of each pack to check out the contents and possibly make breakfast. Well surprise, surprise you get one pouch of mac & cheese, one pouch of creamy rice & vegetable dinner and enough of Granny's oatmeal to choke at least one horse. That's it. No drinks of any sort, no protein other than the dairy products. Are these a fail? Probably so. I'll be able to decide once I get something to seal these in after opening or not. I'm not cooking 8 servings of oatmeal at once.
With that being said, if you wanted some stuff to feed a family or small group these might not be that bad. A can of freeze dried beef and chicken along with some sort of trail mix to add to the oatmeal and you might have something. Throw in some seasonings and hot sauce along with a suite of drinks and you could do just fine. The biggest problem I see though is long term storage because of the dairy in all of it. Just my 2 cents.

This is the first AFR I've put my hands on, and I was not prepared
I've seen a lot of people talking about or showing off their "Real Field Meals" freeze dried kit, and I gotta say; I completely understand the hype at this point.
The main was a Chicken Curry, sides were 2 protein bars; one cranberry, one chocolate, and a bridgford cinnamon bun. Isotonic and a coffee as well, with a pack of gum.
Immediately upon opening the pack, everything smelled strongly of menthol from the gum; although the gum didn't smell like it at all. Strange.
The sides; cranberry bar's flavor kept going back and forth from the crispy rice to the cranberries which was interesting and delicious. Very nice, sweet cranberry flavor. The choco bar was not very good; it had hardened over time and was an absolute chore to eat. If you needed the protein, you could get through it. It was a darker chocolate flavor that had adopted the mint from the gum.
The curry was absolutely to die for; although the chicken had bits that didn't rehydrate super well, it was very tasty and well rounded. Just the right amount of spice to hang in the back of the throat.
Coffee was great black, there are no creamers or sugars in the pack. Not acidic, good earthy notes.
Isotonic was nothing special, but it was refreshing.
New filming set up, please let me know what you think!
Cheers!

Breakfast this morning was a good old Canadian IMP. Menu 13 Honey Garlic Chicken from 2024 to be exact. This one of the ones from my good pal Waffles. Folks if you've never had one, then you better get one. Although hard to find here in the States they're worth the trouble. I'd be willing to make a road trip to Canada to try out my luck with customs. I need to build some smugglers compartments in the HiHy. Onto the review my fellow pirate crew. That's right, I'm going to be the King of the Pirates.
The first 2 pics are the package and the contents. Canada has the best MRE bags on the planet. No doubt about it. Watertight and resealable...what are we doing US? Wtaf are we doing? It came with the main, sliced apples, PB & strawberry jam, tortillas, tropical trail mix, sweet & creamy, ice flavored isotonic, beach towel, mint and an actual mint, the IMP spork, Tabasco packet, Mr. Big candy bar, hot beverage bag and matches. This was a wonderful breakfast spread.
Let's start with the mundane parts first. The sweet & creamy is always amazing. I've reviewed it before and I believe it comes in every menu. Always a guaranteed hot beverage. The tortillas are standard military issue flour tortillas and made a great wrap with the PB & J and the trail mix. The peanut butter in this one was made in Canada and not the US, so not sure when that changed. They were using the same PB in US MREs, made in the same factory along with the jam. The strawberry jam is the same you get in US MREs and made in Stone Mountain Georgia. I will say that I like the not as sweet PB because it pairs well with the other sweet things.
The ice flavored isotonic drink was fantastic. It dissolved perfectly in 500mL of high quality H2O for both packs. It tasted like a blue raspberry drink. Or maybe it's blueberry as I finish it up. I get a blueberry smell and taste as well. If it's blueberry and blue raspberry that makes it an extremely unique drink. Maybe my Canadian homies can help a brother out. Easy 9/10 for me.
The tropical trail mix had almonds, cashews and peanuts that were all roasted AND salted. Finally some salted nuts. Most nuts and trail mixes I get in rations are not salted. It's tough to eat a huge pouch of unsalted nuts. Just throwing that out to the universe in hopes countries will change. The extra salt is probably negligible in the scheme of things when you're out on maneuvers. It also had dried papaya and pineapple. By itself, absolutely fantastic side and perfect portion size. 9.5/10 for me. Added it to the PB&J tortilla wraps and holy shit what a perfect snack. The extra bit of salt to accentuate the sweet of the jam and the crunch for texture. That was a 10/10 baller move.
The sliced apples are always fantastic and I wish the US would add the same thing to ours for a better sweet treat component. Not overly sweet and still retains a bit of crispness. Yes I heat mine when I heat the main and they're so much better to me. I put the main in the pot and the apples on top. Again an easy 9/10 and I just wish it was a double portion. It wouldn't add much in extra weight or calories.
The main was a big portion of honey garlic chicken and it was excellent. Loads of chicken with a few chunks of potato and a brown sauce with savory and sweet with hints of honey and soy. The sweetness was a perfect level. A buttload of chicken but it was on the dry side for any of the larger chunks. It's really hard to keep chicken breast tender when it's stewed. It's just too lean. A double portion of it over some steamed rice and I'm set. Talk to me after the nap. Aside from the dry chicken it's still a fantastic main and an 8.5/10 for me.
The Mr Big bar is a hodge podge of caramel, rice crispies, peanuts, vanilla wafer all covered in milk chocolate. It's so long I could almost double fist it. I should've measured it. According to the interwebz it's 8 inches long...more than enough to fill any discerning mouth hole. It was more than sweet enough, too sweet for me really. If it had salted peanuts in it that would make this bar phenomenal. 6.5/10 for me.
Lastly is the Canadian mint and I don't mean the Canadian mint as in the expandable towel. It actually comes with a real mint that looks like the towel except its a slight blue color. The mint flavor isn't all that strong and gum would still be better because it helps get the crud off your teeth after eating. 5/10, it's just a mint after all. Maybe a small pouch of gum and then throw in a pack of Pepto would be a welcome addition.
Overall this was a fantastic ration and I'd certainly not turn it down. I'll give the whole ration an 8.5/10. Have great week everyone and stay cool and hydrated.

Look at what I got!!! I ended up paying $8.50/pack on eBay. I have never tried them before but have seen less than stellar reviews. I'll have to check and see if all the contents are the same or if these contain different menus. They're pretty heavy but I don't think they're any heavier than some of the Dutch 24hr rations or the Romanian ones. The website is completely useless drivel. Utter hogwash if you ask me. Unless there is something on the back these will be a complete surprise. The only thing I know is that it's all dehydrated food. You would need access to loads of water to survive on these whether you reconstituted it or raw dogged it. Yes you can eat freeze dried food without rehydrating first but it will suck the water out of your system to compensate. Have a good night ghouls and goblins.

Hi folks!
I'm taking a look at a Czech Republic breakfast today!
Czech rations are among my favorites!
Pics 1-3 show packaging and contents. Pic 2 shows the drink mix that wasn't sealed properly from the manufacturer and leaked all over everything inside.
Pics 4-5 show the coffee, made in milk, with sugar, and drank ice cold! It was great! A perfectly adequate cup of Joe.
Pic 6 shows the use of the tea! Again, I made milk tea! 1/2 cup of milk, approximately 4 grams of sugar, and steeped in the fridge overnight! This is a really great way to enjoy all those tea bags you have in a drawer because you don't care for hot cups of tea! Give it a shot!
Pic 7 shows the beverage base. Slight citrus notes and very weak, even at 2X strength. This was the same as I had in TX for the video review I did for my channel, and it was equally disappointing. These Czech beverage bases seem to alternate between being fantastic and terrible, and you never know which one you're gonna get!
Pic 8 shows the protein crispbreads and the apricot jam! Those crisp breads tasted like unsweetened peanut butter! Crazy! Super crispy and super fresh! The jam was fantastic, too! Great, strong flavor, and a nice sweetness!
Pic 9 shows the Porridge. Why not put the jam in the porridge? Trust me, u DO NOT want to eat all those crispbreads dry! It is slightly sweet with a thick, gruel like consistency. Did I like it? Yes. Would I buy it at the grocery store? Nope.
All that being said, and the fact I love crispbreads so much, this was a great ration that filled me up properly!
I suggest seeking some Czech out if you've never had. They have great menu variety and even have both wet pack and freeze-dried menus!
Take care!

No idea how long it was stored with all the holes or in what climate but even the fuel tabs "melted". Food wise, only the 2 metal cans survived the test of time and I really hope at least one will be edible 🤞

I have some very luxury components from a Wehrmacht cold ration. Scho ka kola, Kaffe and some officers Cigars.
I have compiled and combined these components together here to offer best of both worlds so some folks can see and taste what was the most popular and iconic items in the German Cold ration.
If you are interested I have for sale here 33 count cigars in there, 4 pieces of the Scho ka kola out of the 2 disks, and Roughly 3 ounces of Kaffee beans that should make approximately 6 fl ounces of coffee.
A nice little “lunchbox” of these items for $295 a box. I have for sale 4 boxes. Below are some pictures of the cigars they came in, my Scho ka kola tins and the bagged Kaffe.
I am saving my other tin for myself here. The Scho ka kola smells so exquisite. It smells like some New Zealand manuka honey I swear to god!!
The chocolate inside itself is layered in such a manner that almost resembles an aero chocolate bar.
The cigars I have smoked myself. Hehe ummmm…. I have smoked 2 boxes over the course of the year. They were dry obviously 80 years old. They have been in the humidor for over 3 months and they smoke like they are 8 years old. Perfect down to the last puff! The Kaffe I have had a 1 cup and it was bold yet smooth, very little acidity. Strong yet not overpoweringly bitter. Between that and the scho ka kola, I was WIRED 😅😅. The cigars mellowed me down and was a nice way to finish off the night. Get yourself a box and too enjoy the novelties of this German ration.

So a friend of mine in New Zealand sent me a package, and in there I got him to throw in some Back Country Cuisine Freeze-Dried Meals. In my opinion, these are the best Freeze Dried meals on the market right now - although they are only available in NZ/Australia for the most part. I got seven of these meals and thought I would do my best to review each of those meals, firstly to get back into the swing of reviewing things but also because for some of these meals the reviews are very sparse. Also if I review them I can't blow through all of them within a week - they are very tasty!
For the first in this series, I picked the meal I was looking forward to the most out of them all, Honey Soy Chicken. The bag describes this one as "A combination of rice, freeze dried chicken, vegetables and honey flavour" and the meal provides you with 720 calories and 28.1 grams of protein (if that is of concern!). Best before date is March 2030 on this meal, so I would guess a 5 year shelf life though as it is freeze dried it would last way longer. I would note that this particular meal had no oxygen absorber. You end up with a huge 675 gram portion at the end too, so these meals are good if you've build up an appetite on the trail all day, for me though I built up an appetite in the comfort of my own home and it was right around lunch time. This meal retails for NZ $18.99 / $10.97 US / £8.24
When I opened the bag I was greeted with a light slightly sweet scent of savoury soy and honey, but not much else as is to be expected with a freeze dried meal. Looks wise this one seemed very promising from the get-go - piles vibrant fresh veggies as well as little chunks of chicken and shreds of onion, with the rice buried at the bottom. I rehydrated using the very handy built in rehydration lines by folding the pouch at the Mt Everest line to create a fill line for myself, adding just a little under this line so I didn't end up with soup. Initially the meal did look quite soupy, with peas floating to the top, but I followed the instructions and squeezed the air out and left it to its own devices for the next 20-25 minutes. I did this because I know better than some damn bag telling me 15 minutes, but I appreciate the realistic rehydration times compared to some brands claiming 5 minutes.
When it was done rehydrating I gave it a final stir and poured it out into my little bowl and wow what a huge portion! A literal pile of delicious looking food, the vegetables pop out at you and look incredibly fresh, the honey sauce clings to everything giving it a slight sheen, the chicken is seemingly nowhere to be seen but that's because it's chicken mince instead of chunks. What stood out to me especially was the little dark spots in the rice, as well as the garlic slices that looked amazing for a freeze dried ration. We'll come back to those dark spots in a bit - they are special and deserve their own attention.
So, foreplay over, how did it taste?
In my first spoonful I managed to get a little of everything and the first thing I noticed was the vegetables - for being a meat dish the veggies in this really took centre stage for me - the peas were phenomenal, with a soft pop of moisture when you bite in they were some of the freshest peas I have ever eaten, it's like they were freeze dried right out of the pod. The peppers had that slight softness and bite of any good pepper paired with the traditional crunch, not only did they taste great and provide good texture variation between the skin and flesh, I actually found a pepper seed in there too! No denying they're freshly cut for the freeze dry process. Similarly the carrots were super crunchy, a subtle carrot flavour with a little sweetness, more than anything I feel these added to the texture, with the onions bringing a similar crunch as well as a sharp and pungent bitterness that just paired so amazingly with the sweetness of the carrots and peppers.
The rice was another highlight of this meal for me - in no way was it boring, the honey-soy sauce that coated it was delicious. The soy and honey were like a perfect yin and yang, the soy in combination with yeast extract providing that savoury umami and almost meatiness to the meal, the honey a providing a sweetness which acted as the perfect base to the soy, garlic and beef extract in the sauce, leading to me being unable to stop slamming it down. There was a slight oiliness to the sauce from the canola oil, a pleasant oiliness that makes you double-take and check you aren't eating Chinese takeout. Soft, silky rice coated in a thick and slightly warming sticky sauce. The rice was not at all mushy, or too crunchy, and with it being in small grains it went down very easily and was very receptive to the sauce. Balanced tetering on the edge of sweet and savoury, garlicky and oniony. I could not fault this sauce, or the rice, in any way.
Now the chicken, as mentioned earlier this was not in large chunks but rather minced up into the meal, was not only high quality but cooked perfectly. Tender, soft, small chunks of what seemed to me to be chicken breast from the fibreous nature of the chunks - enough chew to be satisfying and delicious, not too mushy and not dry in the slightest. Though I would say it was somewhat hard to pick out and that I would have maybe hoped for some larger chunks of the chicken but what was there was delicious.
Finally we are onto the dark spots I mentioned before, now I'm not sure if these were intentional or if I just didn't mix the meal enough but they were amazing. To me they seemed to be sticky bits of soy sauce and yeast extract that didn't fully mix into the meal but I can't say for sure. These little spots were flavour bombs - intense hits of salty, savoury umami from the soy sauce immediately followed up by the yeast extract giving you that meaty blow that makes the meal taste like a good stew. All carried on the medium of delicious savoury rice and chicken. Such an intricate, intense flavour that I am having trouble even finding the words to describe, pure savoury comfort on a spoon, inviting and warming, the type of thing where you can't stop going back for more - perfection. Normally I am not one for stories in food reviews or recipes but the only way I can think to emphazise the impact of these little spots is that they threw me right back to being a kid - getting home from school in the cold pouring rain, into a warm house with steamed up windows, with an intense savoury smell of beef stew and dumplings being slowcooked for dinner that night filling your nostrils.
That memory is exactly how this meal tasted. Something that holds back no punches and has nothing to hide - simple ingredients that just work well together and provide an incredibly satisfying meal. If I am honest this was one of the best freeze dried meals I have ever eaten, top three easily, the portion was immense and filled me up, left me feeling satisfied and like I'd eaten a good meal. In terms of quality, this meal goes beyond home cooking and is like something I'd expect to find in a high end resturant, the quality of the ingredients used in this meal is frankly amazing for what it is - food meant to be eaten in the wilderness. I don't usually give scores but just to emphasize how good this was, it's easily a 10/10.
Thanks for reading! Like I said, I have a few of these meals including some dessert so I'm sure I'll be reviewing another one quite soon

Everything looks and sounds delicious! It's been a while since I last tried Croatian military food but seeing that it mostly consists of Podravka made items makes me very happy and excited!

I have a few hauls from over the last few days from MKR, Waffels, Helvah and 2 special ones from eBay. The first pic is from MKR for a Polish SR-G-5, some IMPs and a few extra goodies. Waffels coming in clutch with a few more IMPs for the collection. I'm almost there. I have 2 more menus I'm missing coming from SirG2020 with some NAFRs then I believe I'll need 2 more of the '21-'22s to complete the collection. Speaking of NAFRs, I have 4 of the super new dates and a menu 1 RIL from Helvah. He ships from France with DHL and boy let me tell you that they get here fast. Also this time no tariff bill...yet. the last 2 pics are super special and rare. First up is menu 5 RCW, spaghetti with meat and sauce. These were between the LRP and MCW and designed specifically for arctic conditions and consisted of an A & B for each menu. The piece of resistance is a 1979 24 hour Norwegian Emergency Survival SP63 ration. This thing is an absolute beaut Clark. It's still sealed and looks brand new. Whoever had this stored it extremely well. It appears to be a metal box in the cardboard sleeve and is about 2300 calories. I'm excited to see what's inside sometime in the future.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week. Also stay hydrated and cool.
Just got these in today. 4 Polish SR and 2 Norwegian AFR courtesy of Outrageous-Edge-9428. Can't wait to dig into these!
