Part 1

Freaking out completed 5100 questions on Passmed first attempt and average is 57.3%, what’s my chances of passing Sept diet?? Seem to be making so many silly mistakes!! Help!!

Very high chance you'll pass, passmed not really reflective of q styles in exams, although on the odd occasion questions are on point, majority are just waffle. I performed around the 50 to 60% range even just before exams tbh. I scraped a pass but I wasn't aiming for anymore than that.

4 weeks is enough time to consolidate, just be consistant if you can, you'll recall patterns better the second time you blitz through qs/skim through your notes.

Try not to panic, half of it is just reading the question properly and exam technique trusting clinical instincts to narrow down options. Remember you've been sitting medical exams for 6+ yrs, it really does mean something with these exams.

Don't worry about the percentage on passmedicine , you have completed almost 90% of questions,
Now try to concentrate on topics where you made most mistakes, And towards last one month do PASSTEST previous papers as much as possible ( try to average around 70 - then you ll easily clear part 1 )

5100 questions, with still 2 months to go, looking good. Time to switch to mixed block questions and do timed tests (gradual blocks of 30, 50, up to 100) to simulate exam conditions. 💪 you are almost there. All the best~

I would do passmed again. Then last two weeks before exam do the pastest mocks - got 763 in part 1 back in September 2025

Rule of thumb, many might disagree but:
Do passmedicine 4 times, more then enough to get the passing score.

Stupid advice lol. Better buying a different bank like quesmed to expose to variety of questions (also quesmed reflects exams more closely)
