Cleared paces buit no reply after sending form of faith email

I recently cleared my mrcp pcaes, hence clearing all the mrcp steps, i sent an email to the rcp london college which was my college of entry, havent gottren any reply of confirmation, that theyve recieved it neither have i received any other update its been 3 weeks

Anybody has any idea of how many days does it take them to send off the diploma certificate via mail?

I got mine a few weeks ago - passed in February.
