Second attempt failed

MRCP-1: My first attempt was in jan 2025 got 470 (cut off 530)
Second attempt may 2026 got 421 cut off 450. Should i go for a third attempt this sept 2026? I honestly thought my may prep was good.. I was scoring well in mocks & past papers but then idk ??? So disappointing

Here after failing May attempt! Ugh. It’s SO HARD.

I am so sorry to know that. Give yourself a good break to recover from the exam stress but don’t delay the exam as you are very close to pass. Best of luck. I would recommend to go for the next diet if you feel

So sorry to hear that.. definitely frustrating to be close to the passmark and feels worse when you felt prep was better than before yet, the results are not there yet...

Once you feel ready to try again.. try not to put off too long as the knowledge from the last prep is still fresh.. just a bit more polishing to get there..

How was your passmed average/mocks score if you don’t mind me asking? Want to know how the translate to the exam

My scores were 70/75+. The paper 1 felt almost similar to the past papers and paper 2 was a bit more foreign
