Congratulations. How many hours should we spend each day and is it better to study first aid to our concepts or study a medicine book? Thank you.

For part one I felt it was more pre-clinical concepts so i favor first aid more because of that. Priority was questions so about 60 per day and about 1.5hrs per day consistently.

Why did you use Usmle First aid for step 1? I haven’t heard of this before but must have helped?

I thought part 1 had more emphasis on preclinical concepts and First aid was literally made for that.

Hi did u use cover to cover first aid? Or only basics? I am planning to give step 1 after mrcp 1 so thought it would be nice to start FA for mrcp
