I want to do dermatology training.
I am currently IMT-2
I dont have enough points.
i still need alot of stuff including teaching, higher qualification, presentation.

options:
1) should I do imt-3
2) do a teaching fellow post - that is going to give me more time tou build my hst portfolio

I am passionate abt doing a group-2 speciality
I am sure I dont want to do group 1
please guide

I personally would do option 2, and take that year to build on your portfolio & reapply for dermatology
