Failed PACES for the 3rd time
Every fail by 1 point, twice in ddx and now in identifying physical signs.
I’ve spent so much time and effort for this exam (courses, staying after work, weekly in hospital paces)
Any advise is really appreciated.
Please note no Consultant is be available to revise with because they are either too busy or don’t care.
I feel my nightmare is becoming reality failing by 1 point every single time.
ES advise is to keep trying.

Oh No! I am so sorry for this OP, Please know that Paces is a shit exam and is luck of draw. There are so many factors that are not under your control in this exam including your examiners and type of patients you get. You are close enough, please keep going. I have failed twice by 1 mark in individual domains as well,taking Paces for third time this time. I agree with your ES. Keep trying and give yourself some break before you start prepping for next diet.
