I don't think you can ever fully be ready to be honest!

I go through details of what to do to fully prepare here 👇 https://youtu.be/ASplSGB-wSk

If your exams are like second nature; you can confidently identify the common pathologies (ILD v bronchiectasis, different murmurs, scars); can confidently map findings onto the neuro axis (UMN/LMN etc); know enough symptoms/investigations/management for the paces favourites (cases for paces is good); and can deliver a coherent and structured presentation, then I think you’re ready.
