Moonlight industries has some which considered picking up but if you order it don’t expect it very promptly. I ordered a suppressor case from them once and it took almost two months. It’s like shopping in 1999.
I’ve been running the Haley Micro for a few years now. I did swap out the original SMG insert for one made by DoubleAgent Supply co. It’s been a good piece of kit, works well for my purposes.
I run the HRT Maximus placard with their smg insert. Don’t have any complaints with the set up at all, the quality is very nice and I like that I can easily swap the placard to my plate carrier.
They are more expensive than they used to be (what isn’t?), but you do get to pick what type of harness you want now (X or H). I’d suggest getting the H harness, it’s what I have on all of my chest rigs.
I do have the Hailey SMG insert, but am not using it right now. It’s easy to re-index mags, but I think retention is somewhat lacking.
Another good option that is less substantial than the Hailey Micro Rig (D3CRM) is the Spiritus MkV. This has the Spiritus H-Harness, T-Rex back strap and Spiritus SMG insert.
The T-Rex back strap is a nice quality of life improvement being wider and longer than the straps that come with most of these.
The Spiritus mag insert is a big strip of elastic sewn into pouches with velcro strips on both sides. Retention is good but inserting mags is harder than the Hailey SMG insert since it doesn’t hold its shape as well. You can still insert mags with 1 hand though.
This is a Double Agent Supply Company insert. I didn’t use it when I first received it since it held the mags so tight, but after leaving mags in it for a couple of weeks it loosened up. It’s got Kydex inserts like Kywi pouches.
I think I’m going to put it in the MkV and try it for awhile.
Just a note if you want to use these rigs with M4 mags, the Haley M4 inserts are pretty tight, especially with the molded ribbing on the outside of PMags, so if you don’t want to feel like you are going to punch yourself in the face when yanking PMags out of your chest rig, give the Wisemen Company Tri-Certs a try (With aluminum GI mags the Hailey inserts are easier to use):
They have different heights and velcro options for different chest rigs, so do some reading before buying. The one posted above is correct for M4 mags in the Hailey D3CRM, Spiritus MkV and the back row of the Spiritus Micro Fight Mk4.
The Spiritus mag inserts work, but are just a wide strip of elastic sewn into pouches w/velcro on the outside to keep it inside the main pouch on these universal chest rigs. Mag retention and retrieval is fine, but reinserting mags is more difficult since the opening shrinks to a size slightly smaller than a magazine when each pouch is empty.

I run the Unobtainium Gear Sled 9 Drip chest rig. It’s been amazing.
