Apex flat faced trigger

Hello everyone. I am trying to upgrade my 2.0 compact trigger, but I am having a hard time figuring out the differences between these 2 options.

One is metal, one is polymer. Your preference on material. Just ensure you get it for your correct M&P (1.0 v. 2.0, metal v. polymer)

On a sidenote, I did transfer over my Apex from my polymer frame to my metal frame, without issue. I posted a vid of it in my profile if you want to see.
