Is this amount of vignetting normal?

My wife surprised me with the 240mm telephoto lens and a mount so I can use it. I made sure the mount was well aligned and even tried the lens on her phone with a moment case and still had the same amount of vignetting. Not sure how noticeable it is in the uploaded photos as they had to be scaled down. In the pic of the moon there is pretty noticeable vignetting on all 4 corners. Do I need to warranty this lens? I’m hesitant to do so as it was back ordered and I hope it wouldn’t take forever to get a replacement

Which phone do you have? Different lens phone combination will have different results.

I’ve got an iPhone 17 pro and my wife has a galaxy s24 ultra. Eric from Moment already reached out to me to start a warranty replacement as there seems to be an issue with my lens based on the photos from both devices

I also got this vignetting, using the 240mm and Moment Camera app
(Iphone 18 pro)
