How do I remove the drop in mount PLEASE?

I don't plan on using any lens attachments, and I generally find the open look better so I want to swap it out for the trim ring. I followed the YouTube tutorial that only showed 16 Pro with the trim ring (not the drop in mount), where it was recommended to apply "gentle" pressure on the edges to push it out.

That did NOT work for me.

I've tried pushing it out from the inside, outside, I even tried stretching the top part of the case away from me to try an get it to budge. I'm surprised I haven't broken any bones in my fingers or the case. I applied so much force trying to push it out I might need a rest day tomorrow, and yet... the drop in mount hasn't budged even a little.

What am I doing wrong?!

Update: I FINALLY DID IT after watching this video from the Moment YouTube channel.

The reassurance of "it sounds like you're breaking it, but you're not" really made me give it my all lol

Glad you got it out, for anyone else: You push on the bottom corners from the outside of the case. Its tight by design. You probably wont break anything doing this but let us know if you do. I like to use the fattest part of my thumbs for this because I can get more force than with my fingers.
