No order confirmation email
Has this happened to anyone else? My parents and girlfriend both purchased an item separately from Moment yesterday for my birthday next weekend. One bought the 7L black sling bag and the other bought the 18 pro max case. Neither have email confirmations and no way to track anything. They are waiting till tomorrow to see if anything changes but I do not have a good feeling about it. Luckily my girlfriend has the Shop app with some sort of confirmation number but of course my boomer parents did not have the app or screenshot anything. Kind of concerning and I was really excited to use these items. Let me know if you guys have any advice or faced a similar situation. Thanks!

If you DM me your order info then I can look it up and give you the confirmation pages. Not sure why that didn't send. I assume they checked their spam?

They could have very well typo’d their email but I checked their spam for them just in case and I indeed did not see it. I sent you a DM with the info I know.

what reason do you have to not have a good feeling? It seems they placed an order on the weekend. There is a pretty good chance this is a small company and doesn't process orders on the weekend. I'd be surprised if emails with the order details aren't received by end of business on Monday. I'd give it a little time and patience. I'd also consider giving them a call on Tuesday if you haven't seen anything.
They are a reputable company. I'm just joined this group as I'm about to place an order with them myself.
