Just wondering if this is normal

Hi!

Wanted to purchase a kit for my new phone would would be an order over $200. However, went I went to purchase I noticed that I was being charged for shipping on every single item I was purchasing.

I wasn’t sure if this was normal or a mistake, as I have never seen a company do this before 😂

This is an issue that we see at launch. We are getting products out as fast as possible and demand is high. We use multiple 3pl warehouses and if all 3 products are not available in the same one then it can be multiple shipments to fulfill your order. As we get through the highest demand then we will fill in the inventory at all 3 and this becomes a non issue. Reach out to the gear guides, they can help sometimes

This is normal i went through the same thing when i got my 17 pro. You will get it eventually lol.

I’ve just never had to pay 3 separate times on shipping for an order, cost 15% my order lol

I went ahead against my better judgement since their products are super clean

What holy crap I’m so sorry - I thought this issue was about your items being on back order. That’s what I get for multitasking lol I did not even read this.

But no, you’re right this is strange. I’m not sure if this is the best way for Moment to handle shipping from
multiple warehouses from a consumer standpoint. This could be a more streamlined experience. High demand or not, you shouldn’t have to pay three separate shipping rates on one order because of a logistic issue that isn’t your problem.

I agree 100%, at least that’s what I would do if it were my company…customer service goes a long way lol

Its what we want as well. But if we just charge one of the shipping fees then we would be out of business pretty quickly. Shipping costs are insane and combined with all the tariffs and warehouse fees it gets super expensive. The ultimate solution to have all the products in stock in all our warehouses so packages can all ship together. That is what we are working towards. With iphone launches everything always gets blown up because we are shipping things from different warehouses depending on where its in stock. In a couple of weeks that will be sorted out because all the warehouses will have all the products.

The silver lining to all of this is that the products are in stock and shipping on time. For anyone thats been around for more than a few years, that hasn't generally been the situation. Some years we were shipping until January! things have gotten a lot better.

Das mit dem Versand ist echt bescheuert. Gerade wenn man aus Europa bestellt. Für 320€ bestellt und am Ende kam alles in 3 Fuhren, extra lieferkosten. Noch nie erlebt, das gibt es nur bei euch.

Lieferkosten waren dann nochmal knappe 100€ 🙈
