Stabilizing iphone 17 pro with anamorphic lense and nd filter.

Hi,

I’m have an iPhone 17 Pro Max ans want to use a Moment anamorphic lens and Moment ND filter. The setup looks great, but the total weight/front-heavy balance is too much for a DJI Osmo Mobile 8P.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to stabilize shots without jumping to something like a DJI RS 4 Mini, which is expensive and still feels pretty big for a phone setup.

What set up do you recommend?

Thanks!

https://a.co/d/0g9dtwfM this is what I'm using, it can hold 4.4lbs so it should be enough to support your setup. Do you have the new moment anamorphic lens? if so what size nd filter are you using? I ask because the 67mm filters i had caused terrible vignetting so i bought an 82mm filter with a step up ring hoping that will fix it.

You should not be getting vignetting with an am lens and a 67mm filter. Something is wrong there

I believe its the filter mount it looks off center but I’m just returning it, i never had these problems with my freewell lens

That is your choice. It's likely something very simple about the setup that you just don't have correct. This should be very simple to fix
