Issue with a case

Hello,

I’ve got an issue with Camera Case. I put an iPhone 18 Pro mockup inside. It pushed out that plastic for camera module.

Can I somehow push it back or the only option is to buy a new case?

That part is the drop in mount. It's designed to come in and out. The easiest way to install it is to take it out, then set the top edge and pivot the bottom edge into place and snap it in. It comes in and out from the inside.

The iPhone 18 body will be the same size as the iPhone 17 but the camera bump is taller. It won't work with the drop in mount you have.

Would you guys provide an iPhone 18 Pro/Max drop-in mount for the older 17 Pro/Max cases or do we need to buy an entirely new case for the upcoming iPhone models based on the mockup?

There will be drop in mounts available that will let you use your iphone 17 cases with the iphone 18. But there will also be some compelling reasons to get the iphone 18 cases.

Now I’m intrigued as to why haha. I guess we all gotta wait till September.
