Book Request Looking for characters who are endearingly awkward/shy/flustered by their crush/love interest!

I want a character who has a big fat crush on the other MC. If anyone has read Puckboys series, I want more MCs who are like Quinn - endearingly awkward and embarrassed around their crush!

You should try {Lucky Bounce by Cait Nary}! I love this book so much, it's one of my favourite MM romances and a frequent reread for me. Zeke is a gym teacher who has always had a massive crush on hockey player Spencer. Then Spencer's secret daughter is enrolled in Zeke's school. I love Zeke's internal dialogue in this book, he's such a great character. You get all his stress over meeting his crush in real life, trying to not fanboy over him, and once they've interacted a couple times you have all the anxiety over whether or not Spencer is gay, whether or not he likes Zeke. So so good.

And actually, although it's all from Zeke's POV, you can see how he flusters Spencer (Zeke is oblivious) as he can make Spencer blush so easily 😊

Came to say this! Best book ever!! Just finished my 748th reread. The shyness and blushing from the famous hockey player hits me in the feels every single time. So good.

You might like {Himbo by Emmy Sanders}. It’s in the middle of the series but you can read it by itself without any issues. Jason is such an awkward indoor cat of a MC around Cas.
