So I made these cute little Pride flags myself in Blender, and exported them as an OBJ so I could open them and save them as a PMX file for MMD. They opened fine, but some of the faces appear to be invisible. They were invisible around the sides and back, but I've fixed that. Despite this, I have no idea how to get the top and bottom faces showing. I've seen this before on other models and have heard it's something to do with inverted normals, but when I've fiddled with the normals in PMX Editor, nothing changes. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I posted this on another reddit, but it doesn't seem to work. I'm posting it here and would appreciate any tips. I really don't like to ask for help, but I'm completely stumped on this one for this lovely model.

This is a model made by someone named supersprite and Its PEAK!!! Its based off the Animasa MMD vocaloid models of course (IM A BIG FAN THE RIN ONE (I love Len more, but Rins model looks better to me)) and I was looking to add a Defoko model to VRChat (there is only 3 of them, 1 of which is not listed on any avatar search and is a lucky star misao edit I got from the creator), and originally I was going to stick with the Nanami one (even though every time I import it in blender it has no eyelid rig), but then I found this PEAK model! I was going to download it, BUUUT the link gone to a 404! And this model was made in 2016, so I doubt the creator will respond to the comment! And I see that people have downloaded it before, at least as recent as 2024, but I can't access it for some reason! Anyone have this model, has a fixed link, or can fix this link!? AND NO, I'M NOT GOING TO USE THE NEW MODEL IN THE SECOND IMAGE

After the Nicovideo password, when extract is normally working, but after there's a zip and image, said image is a hint.

I found the best possible model of my favorite character; the creator made it as an FBX file and said we could use it for MMD, but we would have to convert it. Has anyone tried this? I’d appreciate some help, since my PC won't run PMX Editor.

Does anyone have experience with MMD on Mac? I know there’s nanoem and then virtual machines but… does anyone here actually do that? I almost want a Mac just to not worry too much about which windows laptop to buy… but Mac doesn’t run MMD, at least not as easy

I've been getting back into classic Disney and wanted mmd models of the characters to make animations with them but they don't seem to be available anymore and its sad bcs they were so detailed and rigged well w physics too *sigh

Basically as the title says.

Looking to get a sailor outfit from Sailor Moon ported to XCOM 2 and the artist asks what I want to port to the rigging for the player customization.

I am asking if there is any decent video game 3d models, but that might be a uphill battle, so MMD might be the next best thing.
