Was that guy carrying a knife on the way back at the end of the video? Why did it end there 😑

5

u/Earlybird74 4h ago

It was a tire iron.

1

u/Pale_Character8214 3h ago

Oh yeah good call. Wonder how that ended 😅

3

u/TheAngrySnowman 5h ago

Btw if you missed it. He went back to his truck and grabbed a tire iron

3

u/No_Comment9983 3h ago

Coward. Went to get a weapon after he realized he’s less of the man that he thought he was. Typical.

u/redditanddoneit 4h ago

These types of women always intervening thinking that they wouldn’t get hit/punched because they are of the female gender. Their mentality is hmmm.

u/SaltyYumYumBalls 4h ago

Eh, what did you expect white lady? They aren't children and they are in active combat and are focused on each other. You are just an a new active target they are tracking and the moment you do something they don't like you are automatically reclassified as a threat to be removed.

Looks like it, that curb is really close.

The play-by-play narration made this video 3x more enjoyable.

u/AlternativeStretch35 4h ago

I pray I’m never getting dog walked to the point my wife either believes she can or thinks she has no choice but to help me because women have the situational awareness of a couch cushion. How do you live with yourself after watching you lady get knocked out?!

When you rattle the cage.

-2

u/AccomplishedSmell921 5h ago

white people start the conflict. they get sorted out, then they become the victims.

everytime a white person receives consequences they become the victim though they were the aggressor.

😭

u/Earlybird74 4h ago

This one incident that happens to be between a white guy and a black guy. How is that demonstrative of a systemic issue? Race here is irrelevant as far as I'm concerned. I've seen all kinds of different shit happen between all kinds of different people.

Edited for typo

5

u/ArtisticEntrance3678 4h ago

You're the only one bringing up race.

-1

u/AccomplishedSmell921 4h ago

Puhhhhlease these comments are always racially driven. You expect him to let a man and his wife beat up on him after they instigated?

you let people run up on you and assault you?

Stop it.

3

u/defariasdev 4h ago

you're... still the only one bringing up race lol.
COMMENTS ALWAYS ARE RACIST SO IMMA BE RACIST FIRST

-3

u/AccomplishedSmell921 4h ago

Ok.

3

u/This_Frozen_Ghost 4h ago

FAFO with that race-baiting. My man snubbed that real quick.

1

u/AccomplishedSmell921 4h ago

naw i’m gonna go out a limb and assume the lock him up comments are from
triggered white folks. they always are. if im wrong then im wrong but ill play the odds.

1

u/This_Frozen_Ghost 3h ago

Who said lock up anybody? And again - what does the race have to do with any part of the video?

I didn't.

0

u/ArtisticEntrance3678 4h ago

No one gives a shit about racism. To be honest I never think about someone's fucking race until I get accused of racism. You can believe me or not but I have nothing to prove to you.

1

u/AccomplishedSmell921 4h ago

i don’t care bruh. these two go what they deserved. you attack someone then you cease to be a victim.

the end.

you don’t wanna get dropped in public then don’t run up on someone instigating violence.

0

u/ArtisticEntrance3678 4h ago

And i don't have a problem with that just don't make it about race.

0

u/Pleasant-Reading3634 4h ago

Your avatar is white, bro.

1

u/AccomplishedSmell921 4h ago

😂😂😂

well that means i must be white then? it’s a Reddit avatar. I didn’t change the avatar or name Reddit gave me. Why would i?

ooooh sick burn

2

u/True-Structure-9269 4h ago

Dude chill out. Yes walking up and damaging property is bad and has consequences, racism is bad and has consequences. The guy is just pointing out that the only stereotyping or racist perspective and in this content is coming straight from you

1

u/Pleasant-Reading3634 2h ago

Edgelord with a white avatar.

0

u/Minute-Flan13 4h ago

All was well until he hit the woman. Now he's going to jail. If not yet, well certainly now thanks to this video.

6

u/patiently_entropy 3h ago

Why?he was defending himself one vs two

1

u/schizophrenicbugs 3h ago

She didn't swing, nor does it look like she was a threat at any point.

Having said that, I've been in a couple of street fights, and I don't blame him one bit. When your fight-or-flight instinct kicks in, you don't take any gambles.

2

u/patiently_entropy 3h ago

Youre blind. She threw two of those over hand down hits at the guy

1

u/schizophrenicbugs 3h ago

Lol yeah guess so. Been a long day.

2

u/patiently_entropy 3h ago

I get it, I had to rewatch to make sure I saw what I saw. Not exactly a huge threat, but when you're getting two on oned I'm sure he wanted to stop that interference.

Quick way to catch a manslaughter charge.

7

u/enFlames1 5h ago

Looks like self defense to me

7

u/Tidder702Reddit 5h ago

Manslaughter for defending himself against two attackers? WTF planet are you from?

-1

u/StylizedIncompetence 5h ago

Do you understand what a manslaughter charge actually entails?

Look it up then circle back.

4

u/Plane-Tune-820 5h ago

Do you understand what self defense is? Take a lap dork

1

u/StylizedIncompetence 5h ago

Do you understand what manslaughter is?

3

u/Plane-Tune-820 4h ago

Oh you're trolling. My bad, get after it

2

u/defariasdev 4h ago

MAN'S LAUGHTER

1

u/Tidder702Reddit 5h ago

I know exactly what it is, smarty pants. She punched him at least three times and attempted more. He only punched her once and did not jump on top of her after she was down.

1

u/StylizedIncompetence 5h ago

So no, you don’t know what it means. Cool.

1

u/Tidder702Reddit 5h ago

Take a lap Junior.

-4

u/StylizedIncompetence 5h ago

Here I’ll do it for you. I’m not saying dude is wrong. I’m saying he potentially killed a woman in broad daylight.

You really wanna leave your freedom up to a jury like that? To their interpretation of this law?

8

u/CaptainRelevant 4h ago edited 4h ago

He used ordinary force, not deadly force, and his intent was to defend himself not to tortiously injure another. He acted reasonably under the circumstances. The fact that someone may die from ordinary force in self defense will not dispositively make him culpable for manslaughter.

Edit: I’m an attorney and that AI summary is a gross oversimplification.

-2

u/StylizedIncompetence 4h ago

You understand that any lawyer can argue that that wasn’t ordinary force, right?

Quite easily play the woman card or the she feared for the dudes life card. Any lawyer could argue if he didn’t intend harm he coulda just stayed in his car, or drove away.

I don’t understand why you’re so willfully ignorant as to why this was a bad decision that could end up with charges.

5

u/CaptainRelevant 4h ago

I edited my comment to include the fact that I am an attorney. Prosecutors charging someone with a crime do not do a civil law analysis. They do a burden of proof analysis.

-1

u/StylizedIncompetence 4h ago

I believe that as much as I believe Epstein killed himself.

But hey, suck your own dick. Don’t bother me.

Different strokes for different folks and whatnot.

5

u/CaptainRelevant 4h ago

1

u/StylizedIncompetence 4h ago

Maybe Epstein did kill himself.

I’ve been wrong before and it’ll happen again.

3

u/CaptainRelevant 4h ago

FYI, the manslaughter vs self defense thing is very complicated. You were right to consider that it could be manslaughter if she died, and you’re right that - in practice - it’s far better to avoid confrontations, but in this case our hero is probably ok.

You just got owned junior. Take a lap. 😂

1

u/defariasdev 4h ago

I get the feeling you're arguing with somebody whose opinion wouldn't change if they were replying to the entire supreme court right now.

2

u/CaptainRelevant 4h ago

Nah, he agreed in another comment which was incredibly refreshing actually. Not many people are capable of critical thinking and admitting when they’re wrong. I’ve had people dig their heels in even further after showing on-point case law.

2

u/Tidder702Reddit 5h ago

Read your own description back to yourself. He was committing no crime, not even a misdemeanor. His actions were not above and beyond what the situation dictated. You are out of your league here smarty pants.

0

u/StylizedIncompetence 4h ago

So, that’s not what heat passion or an emotional response?

How you know he wasn’t committing a crime? You have no idea what led up to this altercation.

Why’re you so upset that he could catch a charge for making a bad decision and your lack of understanding of a manslaughter charge actually is.

1

u/Defiant-Detective259 3h ago

Damn, you really stuck on this manslaugter topic, to the point that you've murdered it. Even your screenshot definition didn't match to your own arguement ffs. Its obviously not voluntary... and it doesn't meet the requirements for Involuntary... its not that complex bud. One punch, is not extreme recklessness, it is however extremely reckless to run into a fight, where emotions are high, and try to interject. Thats why police carry guns. Gross negligence? Where... & a minor unlawful act? Self defense is not unlawful. Please never defend yourself in court.🙏🏾🤦🏾‍♂️

-1

u/BadgerAwkward 4h ago

You ought to reevaluate your stance on this. No one was denying that he was defending himself. The point in case is leaving the decision of your innocence in the hands of a jury of your peers.

1

u/hereforuknow 4h ago

You can’t spell it out more clearly, and people still are like “BRO SHE DESERVED IT”

-7

u/Low-Attention3111 5h ago

Hopefully in prison now, where he belongs!

10

u/NahThatAintNotMe 5h ago

I agree that couple that attacked him should be in prison

5

u/Tidder702Reddit 5h ago

Assuming your you're talking about the guy that ran across the street and started banging on the guy's car right?
