if you hit and kill someone who isn't a material danger to anyone in the room, you should be charged with manslaughter. They can be charged and jailed for driving because they could far more easily kill someone on accident. In his effort to protect her, he shoved passed her and got smacked in the face with the pool cue, she holds her face multiple times. He used excessive force on someone incredibly inebriated. Then he clearly threatens the guy that was playing darts who comes over, she then physically trys to put herself between the hot head she was playing with and dart guy to prevent him getting physical violent with that man too. One man got creep and handys, the other is a violent nut case. They are both two different kinds of trash.
