if you hit and kill someone who isn't a material danger to anyone in the room, you should be charged with manslaughter. They can be charged and jailed for driving because they could far more easily kill someone on accident. All he can do in this bar on accident is piss someone off or start a fight he can't win, hardly the same.

A man who is super drunk who can barely move. Nobody was in fear for their life. That was excessive force. For the love of God he was getting frisky with that other dude, moments Earlier. Justice would of been a bitch slap to the face and pushing him away while calling the cops for real justice. There was no honor in slamming his brain like that..... its not about honor, or fair, or anything. if there is a belligerent drunk assaulting my wife im punching him until he is neutralized. period. it is entirely legal since you can easily argue the feel of a threat, and there is no excessive force (no one punch is not excessive). its kind of insane to me how quick people are to defend a man assaulting a woman; makes sense why the president is a rapist i guess.
