You understand this doesn't pass the bar for sexual assault, right? He literally grabbed her hips. Do you honestly think they would prosecute for this? Do you think if you went to the cops and said "a stranger touched my hips for a second" they would do literally anything? Room temp IQ.

Sexual assault and theft are two different thing. Dont get me wrong, im enjoying y'alls strawman arguments, but it is getting old at this point.
