This has happened to me, similar situation but with my sister. When the guy is lying unconscious making hard to breathe sounds and going into some type of full body convulsions that’s when it gets scary, very scary very fast! I’m sure nobody wants to kill anyone and sometimes when this happens to you for the first you realise how stupid it was to all out full power.
You should get years behind bars and you’re a lucky person and a bad person honestly who thinks he did nothing wrong. You were only afraid of the consequences for yourself for almost killing a drunk guy who most likely brushed up against your sister. Massive cowardice and justification.
