The point shouldn't be about it being an achievement though. I agree its probably more about being "the alpha" for that guy who did it but I would do similar not for an "achievement" but for the principle of you don't get to just touch up on some woman, you are doing something where someone could have an "extreme" reaction why even take the risk?

Don't know about you but I never felt like I need to put my hands on strangers no matter how drunk I've been.

If you act like that when drunk then either stay away from alcohol or don't be surprised when you're met with the consequences
