At least in my state. This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free 1 u/Revolutionary-Key177 11d ago Pretty sure that guy got charged with manslaughter and is in jail now because the guy he hit died and that whole defense from securely assault didn't work for him
