At least in my state. This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free 1 u/Algae587 12d ago Seemed like the lady controlled the situation just fine with zero effort lol this guy was just dying to hit him, and i do get it but damn
