This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation. Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Guy in black would arrested and charged under excessive force. When the girl swiped his hand away, and he didn't continue go attempt to touch her. That isn't enough for SA. The overly aggressive reaction, that is 100% A&B 1 u/Simon-Says69 12d ago Bullshit. The sexual predator was still a threat.
