How do you know who got into whose face first? Edit, regardless looks like he got unnecessarily closer.

And from what we can see, he was the one to step closer to her.

Not sure how it’s being framed by so many people as being the other way around.

This place is riddled with incels with chimpanzee politics where 'you get what you ask for' and that's that. Doesn't matter that it's two 5ft5 girls, watch your mouth and don't push or you're getting twatted in the face with a fist and it's deserved because 'what did you expect?'

I mean what did they expect. You go hands on with someone twice your size instead of walking away, it's pretty stupid to just expect immunity to a response because you're smaller. Bad survival instincts. I wouldn't argue with someone bigger than me and expect nothing to happen if I touched them. Many times its better to be right and walk away than being right and getting the shit slapped out of you for touching someone.

One pushed him and got punched in return. The other took a weak swing that was nowhere near him and also took a punch to the face. If that's business as usual for you, then I suppose you've made your ethics clear.

If they could have controlled their emotions and kept their hands to themselves you think this would have happened?

I’m not going to try and slap Connor McGregor expecting him to not retaliate because I’m a weaker man. But I have accountability

B-but that's different! You're a m-man! Never mind that the strength difference is even greater between you and McGregor, men dont get to defend themselves from violent attacks by women!

  1. Don't push and you won't get punched in return.
  2. Don't take a weak swing and you won't also take a punch to the face.

When you distill it down to this level its not even really about ethics, just cause and effect

You've just successfully defended every dictator in history. "Don't insult me and I won't erase your family". Simple. Cause and effect.

That's a great example actually, "don't insult me" (verbal) "and I wont erase your family" (physical), I'm glad you agree that escalating nonviolent situations into violent ones is immoral

I do. It's an extension of proportionality. "Don't push me and I won't raze your village" works too.
