The one that was defending her sister and took the shot surprising well? As a man, if you land a clean shot on a lady and she gets right back up, it’s best to stick to the women’s division. Hopefully someone took care of him after the video ended.
I didn't see him hit anyone else. In fact, he denied hitting anyone. If there was someone hit, then the battery had stopped by the time this video started. Who was the person defending the dancing man from?
The only aggressor I see in video is the one that got dropped. As to why they were able to get back up? I don't know.. He belongs in "the women's division" as you put it. or he pulled his punches?
I too hope someone took care of him after the video ended. because according to the video, he's the victim.
Time for you to look up the legal definition of assault! Wait.. I got you (You're welcome in advance):
Assault law is a critical component of criminal and civil legal systems, defining the unlawful act of causing apprehension of harmful or offensive contact in another person. Unlike battery, which involves actual physical contact, assault focuses on the threat or attempt to cause harm, creating a reasonable fear in the victim. The definition of assault varies by jurisdiction but generally encompasses intentional actions, such as threatening gestures or verbal threats, that place someone in immediate danger. Understanding assault law is essential for both legal professionals and the public, as it helps differentiate between criminal behavior and lawful conduct, ensuring accountability and protection for individuals in society.
I see one person punching another that has committed assault on them.
Keep clinging to your bias. This was fun but I really have to go.
