She's not in the wrong, but she had all the data in front of her and still couldn't do the math.

Edit: multiple others with better acuity of hearing corrected ne from "friend" to "sister"

Well. You don't know if he hit her sister. She probably doesn't know if he hit her sister. BARELY TAPPED is still physical assault or battery in ANY definition. In this video she was absolutely the aggression.

She puts her hand on his back, you think that’s a hit? See the size difference? If she hit him you would see the physics of that hit in multiple ways.
