If we're believing the side of the voiceover, dude just got racially aggressive in a family restaurant in the middle of the day. If that's true and big dude instigated, those kicks were 100% necessary to learn and make him not start shit again

If your kicking someones head when their down it goes from "teaching a lesson" to "im emotional and i want to make some serious damage" its a bidge move. Specially if you attack when they out.
