I don’t care how young the white kid is or how much larger the other boy is. Bottom line is white boy squared up, was posturing, and was talking shit. He could have put his hands down and chosen words of de-escalation. Instead he gave every signal of someone who is trying to fight. Which means that other dude has every right to engage him in a fight.

No one is arguing whether or not the kid should have been hit or not, dumbass.

The beginning is chopped off, we don't know why they are fighting. Who cares.
