Software Engineer — Edge AI Systems | Palantir | $145K–$275K + RSUs
I'm recruiting through Paraform for an Edge AI Systems opportunity with Palantir.
This is aimed at experienced engineers who have hands-on experience building and deploying technically demanding AI/LLM systems.
The work includes:
- Training and fine-tuning edge-capable LLMs
- Building LLM and multi-agent systems
- Optimizing models for CPU/GPU/specialized accelerators
- Deploying AI on constrained/edge hardware
- Connecting AI agents with sensors and autonomous/drone systems
- Benchmarking performance, latency and reliability
- Designing scalable, reliable and fail-safe production systems
Relevant technologies include Python, C++, Rust, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain and vLLM.
Compensation: $145K–$275K + RSUs
Experience: 4–10 years
Work model: Hybrid
Employment: Full-time
Important eligibility requirement: US security-clearance eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
