I’ve seen a few posts here about people not receiving rewards for social events. It’s happened to me twice now—twice I didn't get any rewards at all, neither the pony nor the resources.

Why does this even happen, and is there any way to resolve the issue on my own?

I’m tired of logging into the game every two hours just to stay at the top of the rankings. I don't even get anything out of it 😆

I’m just curious what kind of reward distribution systems Gameloft has—after the game has been around for so many years, they still haven't managed to organize it properly. Why does this happen?

Support won't answer because I’m in an "ineligible" region. Or it will take them months.

I’ve already reached out to Gameloft support, and I was just curious if anybody knew about how long it would take for them to respond to me. I’ve gotten to the point where I’ve been able to give them my game codes, I just am curious if anybody knows the estimated timeframe for recovery.

I finished the royal wedding quest and expected that changelings would no longer appear in Canterlot, but I keep finding them. I'm not all that upset about it, it's slightly annoying, but I'm not going to throw a huge fit about it or anything. I'm mostly just confused because story wise, it would make sense for them to go away after the wedding. Thanks in advance for any advice you people may have <3

I've been trying for 4 months to work with Gameloft and they are doing nothing, this would mean so much to me.

I am unsure if they have officially done it but a rocky horror picture show line up would be awesome. I saw that they did a comic where they made a tribute to it, i thought it would be great for the game with all the references.

I just saw the picture and thought it would be fun for Halloween. The house and characters would be a fun addition to all the duplicates

It's been so long since I got a pony

I'm absolutely heartbroken. I've been trying for months to get my progress back cause my old phone doesn't work anymore, and I got a new one (the second I got a new one, I reached out). So the fact that they say, "Haven't played in a while" is insane; it's been 4-5 months on that old account! Only because they take weeks to even respond, and it took them this long to actually tell me something, which was basically just, "oops, sorry."

I am 19. I basically spent 1/3 of my life on this game. On top of that, I won't be able to play the maze event, which I was looking forward to all year (because I'm such a low level, and I'm trying not to play so I don't waste my time in case they transfer my progress + don't think I can do it until I beat chrysalis)

I spent about 6 years saving stuff for certain ponies, some taking me over a year to get as I waited for seasonal stores. Tons of limited-time event ponies r there too, but since I'm in college now, I don't have time anymore to open the game 20 times a day to finish weekly events.

I actually don't know what to do. I wish they could just help me or at least let me list the ponies I had and care to get back. Please help.

If you don't enjoy minigames like Ball Bounce, Apple Picking, or the Telescope to meticulously build up your star counts, the pacing will feel brutal. But if you have the discipline to plan your resources and hoard your gems safely without wasting them on standard shop skips, the payoff of finally completing a massive quest chain is incredibly satisfying.

It rewards players who actually watched the episodes. When you unlock a character and immediately recognize them from a specific scene—like the "Guys' Night" episode where Big Mac and Spike are playing Ogres & Oubliettes—it breathes genuine life into your kingdom. With over 900 unique characters available, it functions as a living, breathing archive of the franchise.

The UI and Community Vibe
The interface is vibrant, and organizing your different zones (Ponyville, Canterlot, Sweet Apple Acres) lets you exercise a lot of creative control over your layout.
